The Pensions Administration Team will need to verify your identity before they can help you. This is done automatically when you register or log in to the portal, which means this is the quickest way to contact us. If you haven't already registered or need further help, go to Manage my pension online.
If you're contacting us without logging into the portal, please quote your full name, date of birth, address, National Insurance number or unique Pension Reference Number as well as the name of the scheme.
